Sage Breslin, PhD
I’m not just an Old Soul Woman, I’m a toxic relationship frequent flyer. Even after years (decades!) of therapy, I just couldn’t quite ditch the magnet to bad boys. In my mid-thirties, I met the tall, dark and handsome man who seemed to really appreciate what a great “package” I was. I dug in, and gave of myself body, mind and soul- and “came to” 10 years later, mother to 5, working 50 hours per week, with nothing to show for it but a husband who took everything I offered and brought nothing to the table. It was then that I learned that I had developed Bone Marrow Cancer and realized that if I didn’t break the ties to the soul sucker and STOP doing everything for everyone, I would die.
When I got my courage up, I walked away- unsure how I would even get through it. I put together a team to support me and soon after I landed my first major deal. A month later, I landed another. Each time I was able to uncover and break more roots to my soul sucker magnet, my own essence shined brighter, and my superpowers gained strength.
As I bonded with other Old Soul Women, I learned a new normal and experienced the amazing power of the collective. While I may not have known how I was going to make it through those dark nights of my soul, below the surface my connection to the Divine was supporting me every step of the way.

I became a therapist because I am an empath, and I feel the pain of those around me. I have always been drawn to alleviating their pain.
My lifelong journey has been to enhance my natural healing abilities by continuing to learn new ways of helping others. This includes visiting sacred energy vortexes around the world, and experiencing and assisting with healing retreats.
My personal and professional experience with healing from trauma and loss means that in addition to knowing what it takes to get through it, I know how it feels to move through the darkness and feel the light again.
My intuitive and compassionate nature provide me the gifts to not only see people’s obstacles and wounds, but to see their fullest potential. My analytical skills and experience help illuminate the path for people to become the best versions of themselves.

After many years performing as a world-class musician, performing internationally, I chose to following my avocation to become a deep diving sound healer.
Potent spiritual teachers from around the world invite me to facilitate the Four Pillars of Harmonic Integration for their communities. It feels like the combination of a spa day for the soul, a powerful sound healing, and a profound community weaving. It has the effect of catalyzing powerful downloads into clarity.
This process was born from the combination of my Juilliard School education in music and international musical career, my training in sound healing, my intuitive group leadership, and my spirit-led training in Egypt, France, Mount Shasta (as well as other power spots around the world).
Within your ROSE System journey, my role is to provide the deep integration and harmonization that helps the teachings you receive land in your heart, mind, and life for full embodiment. I will also co-facilitate your energetic activation ceremony in Month #6.
Lindsay O’Shea, PhD
I believe our early relationships build the foundation for how we view ourselves and the world around us. Unfortunately, learning to regulate our emotions and verbalize our feelings is often not something most people are taught in school, but are super important to every aspect of our lives.
My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible. My work stems from an attachment-based, psychodynamic approach meaning that relationships and connection are foundational and that our past impacts our present. A strong relationship built on safety, communication and humor will allow us to forge ahead together. Our work will be collaborative, and our shared wisdom will guide the path to a more fulfilling, meaningful and enriching life for you.
