For those who are just beginning this process and are not yet ready to commit to a more comprehensive program, these sessions can enable you to identify and process thoughts and feelings (psychotherapy), or to address personal or professional goals (coaching).
Meetings may be online or in person and are typically once or twice per week.

For those who are ready to ditch the Soul sucker magnet and to fully restore their Old Soul selves, we offer a year-long program that incorporates individual coaching, group coaching, monthly Pearls of Wisdom tune-ups, mentorship, and two three-day group retreats. Graduation is celebrated with a full-day retreat that can be experienced either in person, or remotely.
