Psychotherapy & Coaching
For those who are just beginning this process and are not yet ready to commit to a more comprehensive program, these sessions can enable you to identify and process thoughts and feelings (psychotherapy), or to address personal or professional goals (coaching).
Meetings may be online or in person and are typically once or twice per week.

Sometimes the work can be quite intense. Many clients find it easier to spend a full day (or two) with our therapists in order to really dive deep towards resolving an issue or goal.
We design the VIP Day so that you can gain optimal results.
